Terms of service
These terms of service are the agreement between you and TEST — template check mobile for using the app and its web preview. They are written to be read, not skimmed: short sections, no surprises.
Your account
You need an account to use most of TEST — template check mobile. Keep your password to yourself, keep your email address current so we can reach you about your account, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use TEST — template check mobile lawfully and considerately. Do not break in, probe or overload the service, do not upload content you have no right to share, do not harass other people, and do not use the service to send spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
What you create in TEST — template check mobile stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store, back up and display it to you and to the people you choose to share it with — nothing more. You can export it and delete it from Settings → Account.
Our service
We work to keep TEST — template check mobile available and secure, and we ship updates regularly through the app stores and over the air. Features may change over time; when a change removes something you rely on we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Payments
If a paid plan or in-app purchase is offered, its price and billing period are shown before you buy. Subscriptions bought through an app store are managed and refunded through that store under its rules.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using TEST — template check mobile and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where the law requires it.
Liability
TEST — template check mobile is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you inside the app before they apply. Continuing to use TEST — template check mobile after that date means you accept the new terms.
